East Sussex County Council is keen to remind residents that in all cases, even walking in, they need to book an appointment.
The booking system was introduced in November 2025. The system requires residents to book a time slot up to two weeks in advance of their visit. They can do this online or by phone.
The booking system has been successfully adopted, although some residents still have negative views towards it. As we approach a year since the launch, we are keen to remind residents that they can book online (the most convenient way) or by phone if they prefer.
